Mariana Alegre Escorza is the General Coordinator of Lima Cómo Vamos citizen observatory. The observatory’s  mission is to evaluate the quality of life of the “limeños” (Lima`s neighborhoods). She also writes opinion columns for newspapers Perú 21 and El Tiempo.

Roger Behrens is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, and Director of the Centre for Transport Studies (CfTS), at the University of Cape Town. He served as Director of the African Centre of Excellence for Studies in Public and Non-motorised Transport, funded by the Volvo Research and Educational Foundations.

Rogier van den Berg is Global Director for WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, leading WRI’s program focused on more accessible, equitable, healthy and resilient cities.

Daniel Bongardt is the program director for Transport and Climate Change at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). He heads GIZ's global projects on transport and climate change TraCS and TRANSfer. He has worked with GIZ for over a decade. Before joining GIZ in 2009, Daniel was a researcher on sustainable mobility at the German think tank Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment, and Energy.

Maruxa Cardama is the Secretary General of the SLOCAT Partnership on Sustainable, Low Carbon Transport. Over her 16-year career, she has worked with multilateral institutions, national, regional and local governments, NGOs and philanthropy in 33 countries across continents to develop public policies, capacity and implementation projects, and multi-stakeholder partnerships that advance sustainability and equitable prosperity.

Martha (Marty) Chen is a Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and Co-Founder, Emeritus International Coordinator and Senior Advisor of the global network Women in Informal Employment: Globalizing and Organizing (www.wiego.org). An experienced development practitioner and scholar, her areas of specialization are employment, gender and poverty with a focus on the working poor in the informal economy. She was awarded a high civilian award, the Padma Shri, by the Government of India in April 2011; and a Friends of Bangladesh Liberation War award by the Government of Bangladesh in December 2012.

Gina Lucarelli is the Team Leader for the United Nations Development Programme Accelerator Lab Network. 

Mohamed Mezghani is the Secretary General of the L’Union internationale des Transports Publics (UITP). He also previously served  UITP as Senior Manager, and as Knowledge Director. 

Aishwarya Raman is the Director and Head of Research at the Ola Mobility Institute (OMI), a new-age policy research and social innovation think tank developing knowledge frameworks at the intersection of mobility innovation and public good. 

Dr. Mimi Sheller is the Dean of The Global School at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts. She was the founding Director of the New Mobilities Research and Policy Center at Drexel University in Philadelphia. She is the past President of the International Association for the History of Transport, Traffic and Mobility (2014-2017), co-editor of the journal Mobilities, which she co-founded in 2006, and associate editor of Transfers: Interdisciplinary Journal of Mobility Studies.

Heather Thompson is the CEO of the Institute for Transportation & Development Policy and was co-founder and Vice President of Programs for ClimateWorks

Jinhua Zhao is the Director of the Mobility Initiative at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also an Associate Professor of City and Transportation Planning.
